This policy explains what LetRelay collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It covers the LetRelay application and this website.
To provide and secure the Service: authenticate you, route and resolve requests, power AI assistance, send notifications, enforce plan limits, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal information.
Each organization's data is logically separated at the database level by row-level security. One organization cannot access another's data.
To provide AI features, relevant content is processed by third-party AI providers under their terms. Content used for request triage and reply drafting is sent only to a limited, deliberate set of providers; the in-app help assistant, which may use additional providers, is given only LetRelay's product documentation — not your organization's data. We also rely on infrastructure and email providers to run the Service.
Card payments are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle receives your card details, billing address and the information it needs to charge tax, directly and under its own privacy policy; we never see your card number. We store only a reference to your Paddle customer and subscription, the number of people billed, and the amounts and dates of payments. If you pay by bank transfer, eSewa, Khalti or QR, we store the reference you enter and any receipt you upload, which only your organization's admins and the LetRelay team can see, so we can verify the payment.
We keep your data for as long as your organization uses LetRelay. Room (group) chats are retained for 60 days on the free plan and indefinitely on Pro. When an organization is deleted, its data is permanently removed. Some records may be retained where required by law.
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport, row-level access controls, and server-only handling of secrets. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Much of your data is manageable in-app (or by your organization's admin); for anything else, contact your administrator or the Service operator. On the public site, analytics and advertising cookies load only after you accept them, and you can decline.
LetRelay is not directed to children and is intended for workplace use.
We may update this policy; material changes are reflected in the Terms version you are asked to accept.
