How to use it

  1. Add your PDF

    Drop it in the box. Each page shows as a preview.

  2. Turn the pages

    Use the arrows on a page to rotate it, or select pages (or Select all) and use Rotate left or Rotate right.

  3. Download

    Press Download PDF. The pages open turned the way you set them.

Rotate everything, or just some pages

Press Select all, then Rotate right to turn the whole document, or select only the sideways pages first. Each page remembers its own turn, so a scan with a few landscape pages can be fixed without touching the rest.

The turn is saved in the file

The tool sets each page's rotation in the PDF itself, so it opens the right way up in every viewer, and the text stays selectable because the page is turned, not redrawn.

Check before you save

The previews show each page as it will be saved. Press R on a focused page to turn it right, Shift+R to turn it left.

No limits, and why that is possible

Most online PDF tools upload your file to a server, do the work there and send it back, so they pay for every job and have to ration it. This tool does the work inside your browser instead, so one more file costs nothing and there is nothing to ration. That also means your document never leaves your device.

How do I rotate just one page of a PDF?

Press the rotate arrow on that page's card. Only that page turns.

Does rotating reduce quality?

No. The page is not redrawn; only its rotation setting changes, so text and pictures stay exactly as sharp as before.

Can I rotate a PDF by 180 degrees?

Yes: turn the page right twice (or left twice), or select all pages and press Rotate right twice.

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. The tool runs in your browser: your files are read and written on your own device and nothing is sent to a server. You can check this yourself by opening your browser's network tab while you use it.

Is there a limit on file size, pages or number of files?

We set none: no cap on files, pages or megabytes, no daily limit and no sign-up. The only limit is your device's memory, and the tool warns you when the files you add come to more than about 400 MB.

What can this not do?

It works on pages: it reorders, turns, deletes, splits, merges and compresses them, and converts pictures and pages. It does not read the text in a scan (no OCR), edit the words inside a page, open password-protected PDFs, or convert to Word or Excel.

Does it add a watermark or anything else to my pages?

No watermark and nothing drawn on your pages. The only trace is the PDF's Producer field, which says the file was made by LetRelay free PDF tools.
