How to use it

  1. Add your photos

    Drop JPGs in the box, or choose them. Add as many as you like.

  2. Put them in order

    Drag the pages, rotate any that are sideways, and delete the ones you do not want.

  3. Choose the page size and download

    On the Download tab pick A4, Letter or the picture's own size, then press Download PDF.

Your JPGs are not re-compressed

A plain JPG goes into the PDF as it is, so there is no second round of quality loss. A photo stored sideways by a phone (an EXIF orientation note that PDF viewers ignore) is redrawn the right way up first, so it does not come out rotated.

A4, Letter or the picture's own size

On A4 or Letter each photo is fitted on the page with a margin you choose, and the page turns to landscape for a wide photo. With the picture's own size the page is as big as the photo at 150 dpi, the usual scan resolution.

One PDF from many photos

Every photo becomes one page, in the order shown. You can mix in PDF pages too, so a scanned form, a photo of a receipt and a cover page all end up in one file.

No limits, and why that is possible

Most online PDF tools upload your file to a server, do the work there and send it back, so they pay for every job and have to ration it. This tool does the work inside your browser instead, so one more file costs nothing and there is nothing to ration. That also means your document never leaves your device.

How do I convert several JPGs into one PDF?

Add them all, drag them into order, and download. Each JPG becomes one page of the same PDF.

Will the PDF be big?

About as big as your photos together. If a limit applies, use the Compress tab to make it fit, from 20 KB to 5 MB or your own size.

Can I convert iPhone photos?

Yes. JPG, PNG, and iPhone HEIC photos all work, and a photo stored sideways is turned the right way up.

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. The tool runs in your browser: your files are read and written on your own device and nothing is sent to a server. You can check this yourself by opening your browser's network tab while you use it.

Is there a limit on file size, pages or number of files?

We set none: no cap on files, pages or megabytes, no daily limit and no sign-up. The only limit is your device's memory, and the tool warns you when the files you add come to more than about 400 MB.

What can this not do?

It works on pages: it reorders, turns, deletes, splits, merges and compresses them, and converts pictures and pages. It does not read the text in a scan (no OCR), edit the words inside a page, open password-protected PDFs, or convert to Word or Excel.

Does it add a watermark or anything else to my pages?

No watermark and nothing drawn on your pages. The only trace is the PDF's Producer field, which says the file was made by LetRelay free PDF tools.
